Nate Gatter is the “Voice of the Grizzlies” and enters his second season with the Grizzlies broadcast team in 2018. Gatter is the lead play-by-play broadcaster on the Grizzlies Media Network and also serves as the primary talent for Grizzlies TV segments and appearances.

Last May, Gatter was announced as the 2017 recipient of the Jim Nantz Award, presented annually by Sportscasters Talent Agency of America (STAA) to the nation's most outstanding collegiate sportscaster.

Gatter is also a play-by-play broadcaster for SEC Network Plus television coverage of Missouri Tigers baseball, softball, volleyball and women's soccer.

Previously, Gatter called football and men’s basketball for Lincoln University (Division II) in Jefferson City for two years. He has also broadcast Westminster College men’s basketball (Division III) and Missouri Baptist men’s lacrosse (NAIA). Prior to joining the Grizzlies, Gatter spent three seasons as a play-by-play broadcaster in summer collegiate baseball, including stops with the Northwoods League's Wisconsin Woodchucks in 2016 and the Orleans Firebirds of the prestigious Cape Cod Baseball League in 2015.

The Clayton native graduated from the University of Missouri in December 2017. While at Mizzou, Gatter called Tigers football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball and women’s soccer on 88.1 KCOU. He also served as the station’s assistant sports director for live content and play-by-play, charged with developing younger broadcasters. Off the air, Gatter worked for Mizzou’s student newspaper, The Maneater, and his work garnered multiple awards: National Story of the Year in Opinion/Editorial from the Associated Collegiate Press, and Best Sports Column from the Missouri College Media Association.

T.J. Weber is entering his first year with the Grizzlies as the Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations. He also serves as the #2 broadcaster on the Grizzlies broadcast team.

Weber graduated from Lindenwood University in May of 2016 with a degree in Broadcasting. In addition to his position with the Grizzlies, he also carries out the play by play duties for the SIUE (Southern Illinois University Edwardsville) Women’s basketball team, while also filling in for the men’s basketball broadcasts.

Weber spent his college years calling football, basketball, and baseball games at the high school level in Cape Girardeau, MO and Columbia, IL. After arriving to Lindenwood University in 2014, he became the play by play broadcaster for the university’s football team. He also served as the color commentator for the men’s basketball team that season.

He is proud to be from the great town of Columbia, IL and he is also proud to be a lifelong St. Louis Cardinals and Blues fan.

Joining the media team in 2017 is Charlie Mager.

Mager is currently a graduate school student at Lindenwood University, emphasizing in Broadcast Communications.

As an experienced anchor, editor, reporter, producer, broadcaster & talk show host, Mager’s goal is to work in the sports broadcast industry as an on-air talent.

As an intern with the New York Yankees' minor league affiliate, the Tampa Yankees, The Big 550 KTRS Radio Station, and Tampa's radio station Sports Talk Florida, he gained experience in editing, scripting, and radio broadcasting.

As a St. Louis native, his favorite stories to report on are those of his hometown Cardinals and Blues, given his passion and experience in sports.
