The ballpark features reserved box seating, lawn seating, party suites, a hot tub and bleacher seating. With the bleacher sections added in 2004, the stadium's capacity increased to 6,000 fans. The ballpark was named the 2005 Ballpark of the Year by digitalballparks.com.

In 2004, the Grizzlies became the first team in Frontier League history to draw over 200,000 fans for a season, finishing with a league best 217,500. On September 4, 2011 8,189 fans crowded in to the ballpark to see the Grizzlies season finale-marking the largest single-game crowd in team history.
