"Forget about the curve ball Ricky, give him the heater!"

To honor one of the greatest baseball movies of all time, the Gateway Grizzlies and Chesterfield Spine and Sports Medicine Center present Major League Night taking place on Thursday, July 27th at 7:05 PM.

The Grizzlies will look to channel their inner Cleveland Indians as they will play the role of the underdogs vs the Joliet Slammers. The Grizzlies are looking for the same spark that ignited the Indians to a legendary playoff run in the 1989 classic movie.

In what will be one of the most sought after giveaways of the year, the Grizzlies are giving away a Roger Dorn bobblehead presented by Chesterfield Spine and Sports Medicine Center to the first 500 fans in attendance.

Major League Night is just one of the exciting promotions taking place on this night. Hot Country Night is sure to be a fan favorite with great music, dancing and giveaways! Fans have the chance to linedance on the field before the game and some lucky fans will walk away with a gift card to Chucks Boots and a free horseback trail ride for 2!

There will be a postgame concert performed by Halle Kearns. CLICK HERE TO LISTEN TO HALLE!
